Tanya Burr Lips & Nails Review

If you're a fan of the beauty world then you've probably heard about the gorgeous Tanya Burr's Lips & Nails range. Tanya is a YouTube vlogger and she makes awesome videos! I'm so pleased that she came out with her own products and I'd love to see more in the future!

I'm going to be reviewing her products in today's post, so let's start with the lip gloss...

The lip glosses retail for £6.99 which is a really good price, because they are great quality! The colour I got was Afternoon Tea. All of the lip glosses have cute names and if you don't like this colour, you will definitely find one you love. There's everything from nudes and pinks to reds and purples, so there's something for everyone. The smell of the glosses is amazing and I would eat it if I could! The applicator is a doe foot applicator that fits comfortably on the lips and is easy to apply the product with. The glosses are very highly pigmented and are so creamy and moisturising. They are shiny and look amazing on the lips. Afternoon Tea is a pretty pinky-nude colour and, even though it looks great on it's own, it would also pair well with a lipstick. I would definitely recommend these glosses and I'll definitely be buying more of the colours!

The nail polishes retail for £5.99. I got the colour Mini Marshmallows which is a gorgeous pale pink. I was torn between so many others though, so I really want to get Little Duck and Mischief Managed as well! Every time I hear the name Little Duck it reminds me of The Hunger Games (hopefully you get that reference) which I don't think was intended with the name. Sadly, I do have a negative about the nail polishes. The packaging may loom gorgeous, but it is so difficult to remove and you have to make sure you don't put the lid back on too tight. Sometimes the square cap will come off, revealing a lid like a normal polish, but once you've got into the product it starts to improve! The formula of these polishes is awesome. I probably didn't choose the best colour in terms of opacity, because pale pinks tend to be quite sheer. I found myself using 3 coats for full opacity, but 2 coats creates a really lovely effect where your nails still show through very slightly, which I love! In terms of lasting, it is one of the best polishes by far! I had this on for a full week before removing to touch up again, but this was only because my shoddy nail painting skills got the better of me and it was starting to annoy me. Overall they are great polishes and absolutely beautiful colours!

Let me know if you'd like to see more reviews on my blog. I know I said I'd do a video about these products, but I haven't got around to it yet. Hopefully I will get that done soon! I'm really rubbish with filming and blogging lately, sorry:(

On a positive note, the weather is improving in the UK, yay!

See you soon<3

Question of the blog- Have you tried Tanya Burr's range?
Quote- Impossible only means that you haven't found the solution yet.
